ArcSitio Design, Inc. is currently working on the Holladay Village Master Plan and Construction Documents. Holladay City’s focus is to create a sense-of-place for this mixed-use development in their downtown. Holladay Village will be defined by the unique character created in this redevelopment project. A central plaza will serve as a gathering place for residents for civic, public and commercial uses. ArcSitio Design will provide construction documents for the plaza and streetscape, including, site amenities, planting, irrigation and layout and grading for the plaza.
