Located at the crossroads of I-15 and US-89, Farmington Crossings is a multi-family neighborhood with multi-recreational uses. Working with various local and federal agencies, ArcSitio Design has facilitated the development of an urban fishing pond that will not only serve the local neighborhood, but also the surrounding communities connected by a local multi-use trail system. Spring Creek Pond will offer youth and adults the opportunity to spend the day fishing without the travel and expense of heading to distant waters. The program elements include a 13 acre residential neighborhood accommodating 160 homes, open space, playgrounds, trails, fishing pond and a club house.
